Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist (OT) | Full-Time | K-8 Students
Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade within a supportive school district setting. This full-time opportunity is available immediately and runs through September 2, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on student success and independence.

Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and special education teams.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district and state requirements.
  • Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional academic skills.

Qualifications
 

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure before start.
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
