Web Designer Intern

Built to Win Brand Agency is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Web Designer Intern (Unpaid) to mentor in specialization with the Wix platform.

In this role, you will help design and launch high-converting visuals and brand experiences using Wix, Wix Studio, and Editor X. You will work alongside our senior creative staff to push creative boundaries and ensure our clients' brands are built to win.

Key Responsibilities

• Wix Site Building: Build, customize, and maintain client websites utilizing templates, the Wix AI assistant, and custom layouts.
• Layout Design: Apply client font packages, color palettes, and brand guidelines to create cohesive web interfaces.
• Responsive Formatting: Adjust desktop elements so pages load flawlessly on tablet and mobile viewports.
• Asset Uploading: Organize and upload media files, vector artwork, icons, and product images into Wix media libraries.
• Basic SEO Setup: Input meta tags, alt text, and URL redirects within the Wix SEO dashboard.
• Quality Assurance: Click through preview links to verify all links, buttons, dynamic forms, and animations work perfectly.

Required Skills & Experience

• Platform Knowledge: Practical familiarity with the Wix dashboard, Wix Studio, or basic template customization.
• Portfolio Checklist: A link to a live Wix site, school project, or visual mockups showing your digital layout skills.
• Visual Eye: Basic understanding of visual hierarchy, alignment, typography rules, and color choices.
• Collaboration Spirit: Eagerness to receive creative constructive feedback and iterate on layout versions.
• Organization: Ability to manage asset files, follow precise style guides, and meet project launch dates.
