Content Creator
Every day at Bougie Pup Salon & Academy is filled with amazing transformations, and we need someone to help us capture the magic! We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to shoot, film, and design posts for our platforms. You don't need to be a master of social media algorithms or high-level marketing strategy; we just need someone with a great eye who loves taking fantastic photos and videos of dogs and cats. You will work closely with our salon team to capture the behind-the-scenes fun, before-and-after glow-ups, and the daily life of our furry clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of dogs and cats during the bathing, prepping, and styling processes.
- Edit raw footage into engaging short-form videos (like Reels or TikToks) and format photos for social media feeds.
- Create and draft visually appealing posts to showcase our salon's talent and academy students.
- Coordinate with the salon staff to safely and minimally disrupt the grooming workflow while capturing content.
- Organize and maintain a library of digital assets for the business to use across various platforms.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to shoot crisp, engaging photos and videos (whether using a smartphone or a DSLR).
- Experience with basic photo and video editing software or apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva, standard phone editors).
- Highly comfortable and safe when working closely around both dogs and cats of all temperaments.
- A fun, creative eye and an upbeat attitude that matches the Bougie Pup brand.
