Recruiting Coordinator 

Job description:

We're looking for a highly motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing agency! In this essential role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our candidates, playing a crucial part in connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities. What You'll Do:

  • Actively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential applicants to discuss their qualifications, career goals, and interest in current openings.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability against job requirements.
  • Articulate job descriptions and company culture to generate excitement and interest among candidates.
  • Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with our experienced employment specialists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Collaborate closely with employment specialists to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly recruitment metrics and goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a high-volume calling environment, preferred. 
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and engage with individuals over the phone.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High level of enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with various recruiting techniques and platforms is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
