Personal Brand & Social Media Content Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, social-media-obsessed Personal Brand & Social Media Content Intern to help grow a founder-led personal brand focused on money, entrepreneurship, financial confidence, business, and wealth education.
This is not a traditional social media management role.
We are looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling.
You should naturally notice trending Reels and TikToks, strong hooks, creative video concepts, storytelling formats, B-roll ideas, and emerging social media trends — and immediately think about how they could be recreated for a personal brand.
You'll work directly with the founder to help turn ideas, expertise, daily life, business experiences, and personal stories into consistent short-form content.
What You'll Help With
Content Strategy & Ideas
- Research trending Instagram Reels and TikTok formats
- Identify trending sounds, hooks, video styles, and content opportunities
- Brainstorm creative ways to communicate financial and business topics
- Build a weekly content calendar and filming plan
- Develop recurring content series that audiences can recognize
- Research successful personal brands and identify ideas we can adapt to our brand
- Help determine what should be filmed each week based on trends, business activities, and brand goals
Filming & Content Creation
- Film short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Capture B-roll throughout the workday
- Help direct videos, including camera angles, hooks, delivery, locations, and concepts
- Assist with batch-content filming sessions
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at the office, meetings, events, speaking engagements, and other brand-building opportunities
- Help organize footage and content assets
Brand Growth
- Help us work toward a publishing cadence of 2–3 pieces of content per day Monday–Friday and one piece per day Saturday and Sunday
- Review content performance and identify patterns in high-performing posts
- Bring new creative concepts to the table every week
- Help turn the founder's expertise, story, personality, and lifestyle into a recognizable online brand
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if:
- You're a college student studying marketing, communications, advertising, media, entrepreneurship, or a related field
- You spend more time than you'd like to admit studying Instagram and TikTok
- You understand what makes a Reel or TikTok interesting in the first 1–3 seconds
- You're creative and constantly coming up with ideas
- You're comfortable filming someone and giving direction
- You understand current social media culture and trends
- You're organized enough to turn creative ideas into an actual weekly plan
- You're proactive and don't need to be told exactly what to do every day
- You're interested in personal branding, entrepreneurship, money, business, or financial education
- You want hands-on experience building a real personal brand from the ground up
You do NOT need years of professional social media experience.
We're more interested in your creativity, taste, understanding of social media, willingness to learn, and ability to execute.

- Personal brand strategy
- Short-form video creation

You'll work directly alongside an entrepreneur and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to grow both a personal brand and a fast-growing company.
How to Apply
Please submit your resume along with links to your Instagram, TikTok, portfolio, or examples of content you've created.
Don't have a professional portfolio? That's okay.
Instead, send us 3 Reel/TikTok ideas you would create for a female entrepreneur building a personal brand around money, wealth, entrepreneurship, and financial confidence.
For each idea, tell us:
- The hook
- The concept
- How you would film it
We care more about how you think creatively than having the perfect resume.
