Video Editor Intern

We’re hiring a Video Editor & Post-Production Intern who can operate inside a structured, fast-moving edit pipeline and contribute to content that actually ships.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role: you’ll edit real client footage, support ongoing productions, and develop professional-level post-production skills across editing, color, audio, and motion graphics.

What you’ll do (in plain terms)

Edit short-form and long-form video content (social, branded, events, documentary-style)

Cut and assemble raw footage into polished, story-driven sequences

Apply color correction, audio mixing, and finishing touches to meet delivery standards

Create and integrate motion graphics (titles, lower thirds, transitions)

Manage and organize media, project files, and exports across multiple projects

Support production workflows from ingest to final delivery

What success looks like

Clean, polished edits that feel intentional — not rushed

Strong pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail in every piece

Organized projects and file systems that keep production moving efficiently

Ability to handle revisions and improve work based on feedback

Clear communication and ownership across the full post-production process
