Position Summary 
The Behavior Technician provides educational and behavioral support to students with special needs in a K-12 school setting. This role collaborates with teachers, school professionals, and behavioral specialists to help students meet individualized learning and behavioral goals. Through consistent support, positive reinforcement, and intervention strategies, the Behavior Technician helps create an environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. 
Minimum Qualifications 
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
Must be at least 18 years of age. 
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred. 
Current CPR certification, if applicable. 
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable. 
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
