NIL Athlete Coordinator Intern — Part-Time, Paid, Fully Remote Internship

Top Tier Lessons is hiring an NIL Athlete Coordinator intern. We partner with universities including Boise State and Santa Clara to run NIL-branded youth sports camps. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and athlete relations.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and coordinate college athletes to work NIL youth sports camps
• - Manage camp logistics (venues, schedules, staffing, materials)
• - Coordinate with university athletic department partners
• - Outreach to college athlete networks
• - Support end-to-end camp execution and pre/post-camp communications

Sales-minded students from any major welcome.
