Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or horticulture
• Physical endurance for manual labor, including walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Mechanical skills for operating and maintaining equipment
• Knowledge of turf management, irrigation, and pest control
• Valid driver’s license for operating golf carts and utility vehicles

Work Environment

Groundskeepers work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role requires regular attendance, punctuality, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
