At Pro 7 Sports Recruiting, we're looking for motivated, energetic college students who want real-world experience inside one of the fastest-growing athlete development organizations in the country.

As an Athlete Success & Recruiting Intern, you'll learn how college recruiting really works while helping qualified student-athletes begin their recruiting journey.
You'll work directly alongside Certified National Scouts and gain experience in recruiting, relationship management, athlete branding, communications, sales, leadership, and sports business.
What You'll Do
Throughout the internship you will:
- Connect with prospective student-athletes through social media and outreach.
- Introduce athletes to the College Prospect Report.
- Generate recruiting conversations.
- Help schedule athlete evaluations.
- Check in with existing athletes to ensure they are completing weekly recruiting tasks.
- Encourage athletes to stay active with social media, email campaigns, and recruiting activities.
- Learn recruiting strategy used by college coaches.
- Assist with athlete branding initiatives.
- Support recruiting campaigns.
- Attend monthly company calls.

Internship Details
Term

Schedule
10–20 hours per week Monday - Wednesday
Flexible around class schedules.
Remote.
