Job Title: AI Developer
Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven AI Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python programming, AI/ML concepts, and modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-grade AI initiatives, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to innovative automation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and developing Generative AI solutions using enterprise AI platforms.
Build AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop automation solutions using Python and AI technologies.
Implement Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), summarization, and intent classification techniques.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, business systems, and data sources.
Develop and consume REST APIs to support AI workflows and integrations.
Support deployment activities through CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
Participate in testing, debugging, and performance optimization of AI applications.
Ensure adherence to security, governance, and data privacy standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Proficiency in Python programming.
Understanding of Prompt Engineering techniques.
Basic knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and the model lifecycle.
Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
Understanding of Git version control and CI/CD concepts.
Exposure to automation tools (Ansible preferred).

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, automation, or related technologies.
Internship, academic project, research work, capstone project, or hands-on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Python development is preferred.
Suitable For Candidates With
Academic exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Science, or Software Development concepts.
Hands-on experience gained through internships, university projects, personal projects, hackathons, or research initiatives.
A strong interest in building AI-powered solutions and learning emerging technologies in the Generative AI ecosystem.
