SBA Student IT Technician

Computer Facilities Administration (CFA) at School of Business Administration (SBA) seeks student technicians to help with daily IT operation, end user service and support.  Expected responsibilities may include 

  1. Perform weekly updates and maintenance in six SBA computer labs
  2. Provide desktop and mobile devices support
  3. Attend to SBAHELP ticking system
  4. Assist CFA and System Administrator with network, SBA and campus wide technology tasks and/or assignment.
