Position Overview: Hexin Technology Inc. is seeking a motivated and bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our HR team with a focus on tiktok live host recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of labor laws and be fluent in both Chinese and English

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for live hosts and operators, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. Passion in interacting with live host.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business demand for the candidates regarding style, ability, consistancy, and punctuality.
  • Learn to identify a suitable host for our business with experience and objective questions.
  • Payroll calculation: calculate bi-weekly payroll for hourly staff with multiple-tier rates. This requires reasonable mathmatical logic and deadline awareness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Not required if you are a good fit for this position.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. If not, training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
