Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our Fittings Metal Collection team. This hands-on role is responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality metal products used in luxury residential and commercial projects across the country. Our product line includes handcrafted metal shelving, wine racking, cabinetry accents, range hoods, vanity bases, and a wide variety of custom architectural metalwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on a variety of custom metal products.
• Fabricate products using sheet metal, structural steel, and various gauges of steel and iron.
• Read shop drawings and fabrication specifications to accurately build products.
• Lay out, cut, fit, weld, and finish components with precision.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
• Safely operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and shop machinery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project schedules and quality expectations.
• Assist with other fabrication and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding and metal fabrication experience required.
• Experience working with sheet metal and structural steel.
• Strong layout and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and measurements.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.

This position is employed by Architectural Justice and works directly with the Fittings team in our metal shop, where craftsmanship, precision, and innovation are at the heart of everything we build.
