Western PA Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Clinic, Inc, a leading provider of orthopedic and rehabilitative care, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to become part of a dynamic team celebrating over 40 years of personalized patient care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help orthopedic and sports medicine patient population recover from injuries, surgeries, and medical conditions that affect mobility and function. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, documenting patient outcomes, and educating patients on exercises and mobility techniques. The successful PTA collaborates with the healthcare team to support patient rehabilitation goals while providing compassionate, high-quality care in a safe and professional environment.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Pennsylvania PTA license or eligibility
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and support patients throughout the rehabilitation process
- Interest in orthopedics and rehabilitation
