Responsibilities
- Learn about all aspects of trading strategy design and optimization
- Conduct statistical research and data analysis using historical and live market data
- Work with traders and quants to fine tune existing strategies and trading tools
- Monitor market conditions, macro events, liquidity and patterns; Learn to make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure and contribute to team-wide performance
- Share relevant market and flow commentaries with internal teams on daily basis
Requirements
- Intellectual curiosity and demonstrated interest in trading and financial markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, visualization, and scripting
