Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
As the Front Desk & Administrative Specialist at a Sogility facility, the employee serves as the primary first point of contact for all clients, players, and parents. This role combines a high-energy, in-person presence at the front desk with key administrative and customer service duties.
Front Desk & Sales Duties (In-Person)
- Welcome incoming players, parents, and visitors with exceptional energy, enthusiasm, and an outgoing personality.
- Serve as the main first point of contact, utilizing strong people skills to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Drive sales growth by maintaining an understanding of all facets and program offerings at Sogility to encourage trials and additional training sessions.
- Operate efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Check in athletes using facility software (e.g., Upper Hand).
- Follow Sogility social media channels and assist in sharing posts.
Administrative Duties (Part-Time)
- Assist clients directly with scheduling and booking training sessions.
- Process client payments and package purchases over the phone and in person.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk operations, or sales preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a vibrant, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable managing schedules, handling phone inquiries, and processing payment transactions.
- A strong desire to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the role.
- Background or interest in sports/soccer is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand, move around the facility, and lift/move office supplies or equipment up to 30+ lbs as needed.
