Position Summary

The Entry-Level Marketing Associate will support the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, attract new customers, and support company growth. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, market research, content creation, campaign analysis, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, analytical, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Create and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.

Support social media content planning, scheduling, and engagement.

Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor activity.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.

Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.

Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation initiatives.

Help organize promotional events, community outreach, and marketing activities.

Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.

Perform administrative and project support for the marketing department.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (completed or expected soon) in:
