Operations Intern

We're looking for an Operations Intern to work alongside our founders and help scale high priority initiatives at Recur and our portfolio companies. You'll be working on real projects from week one - experimenting with new tooling, developing creative GTM motions, and finding unique ways to make a small team operate like one ten times its size.

What You'll Do

• Help design and improve Recur's systems for deal sourcing, diligence, and portfolio operations
• Run GTM experiments end-to-end - building new engines and iterating to make it work better
• Take manual, repetitive processes and turn them into systems that run on their own
• Work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff on high-priority projects that change week to week

What We're Looking For

• Obsession with AI - you've used Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to do real work, and you reach for them by default
• Scrappy and resourceful - you solve problems without needing the path drawn for you
• Self-directed and organized: you can take a vague directive and turn it into a scoped project with a deadline
• Studying or recently graduated in any field - we care about what you've done, not what you studied
