Operations & Technical Support Associate
About the Role
This is a hands-on position at a growing surveying and geospatial technology company. You'll work closely with our small team to keep daily operations running smoothly while gaining experience with professional surveying and construction equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering customer phone calls and emails
- Processing quotes, purchase orders, and customer orders
- Receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory
- Assisting with equipment setup, testing, and basic repairs
- Coordinating repairs and warranty service
- Maintaining inventory and warehouse organization
- Learning surveying and construction technology from leading manufacturers
- Providing excellent customer support
