Customer Service Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Salt Lake City
Brand: Shop Aiti, www.shopaiti.com We create timeless jewelry that's made to live in. 

Shop Aiti is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with customers and gets excited about helping a small business run smoothly. 

What You’ll Do

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer emails and DMs
  • Help with processing returns & exchanges
  • Helping with tracking orders or creating replacement orders in Shopify 

We’re Looking For

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Interest in jewelry a plus
  • Experience with Shopify a plus
  • Experience with Redo a plus

Schedule & Pay

  • Part-time 20 hrs
  • Mornings - early afternoon preferred, weekdays
  • Pay: competitive, $18/hour depending on experience
