Fall 2026 | Student Records Assistant

Come work for one of the most essential offices on campus – the Office of the University Registrar!

We are a highly organized efficient team that provides quality, timely, and courteous service to all customers seeking our services.

We are looking to fill student worker positions in the Student Records and Veteran Affairs areas.

If you are responsible, dependable, detail-oriented student with a good work ethic then consider applying.

What will you do every day?

  • Provide administrative assistance such as processing and validating various requests, entering data, filing paperwork and online requests, maintaining office records with data entry, scanning, and shredding.
  • Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, or in person, to a variety of guests including new and returning students, parents, faculty, and staff.
  • Lift, move, and deliver packages across campus.
  • Complete enrollment manager tasks (student profile setup and stipend drafts)
  • Provide NSO browse coverage varies on the time of year.
  • Setup table for Bobcat Days.
  • Work on special projects assigned by various staff of the office.

Preferred Qualifications: Computer savviness with PCs and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook & Excel.

Other Considerations: The positions are positioned at JCK 620 (Student Records) and JCK 640 (Veteran Affairs). Successful workers selected for this position may also be considered for employment in future semesters.  The position begins the fall 2026 semester.

Direct Supervisors: Aimee Anderson (Veteran Affairs) and Rebecca Haylett (Student Records) 

Payrate Determination: All student employees begin at the starting pay rate of $10.00 and may increase by $1.00 after one academic year of employment in our office.
