Warehouse Associate – Cycling Industry

Pinarello USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in

our Charlotte, NC facility. This role involves receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and

inventory handling in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable with physical work.

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Status: Full-time, non-exempt

 

Responsibilities

  • Receive, count, and label inventory
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders (parcel and freight)
  • Move and store inventory; palletize freight as needed
  • Verify inventory accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (75 lbs occasionally)
  • Basic computer skills (email, FedEx/UPS systems)
  • Manual pallet jack experience
  • Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Bicycle knowledge a plus
