About This Role
 

• Promote Renuity's home remodeling services to potential customers through in-store retail marketing, and at events and tradeshows
   
• Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on our high-quality products, installation, and customer care
   
• Schedule free in-home estimates directly increasing business revenue
   

Scheduling availability:

If Full-Time: 36-40 hours per week
If Part-time: 20-25hrs

• Weekends (Saturday + Sunday) required
• 7-day availability
• Rotating shifts: 
  • 9am to 5pm
  • 10am to 6pm
  • 11am to 7pm
  • 12pm to 8pm

Key Qualifications

• Access to a personal, reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven role
• Ability to speak publicly with volume and confidence
• Naturally outgoing person who thrives on human interaction
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish - a plus!
