POSITION SUMMARY

Are you a motivated student who enjoys making connections, telling stories, and learning new skills? Do you want to make a real difference at HWS while gaining hands-on experience in fundraising, events, and alumni relations?

As an Annual Giving Student Ambassador, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that inspires support for HWS students and programs. You’ll assist with outreach campaigns, giving day events, annual giving fundraising, and student philanthropy efforts, all while learning the ins and outs of how philanthropy powers the HWS experience.

This role offers meaningful exposure to nonprofit work and is perfect for students considering a future in fundraising, marketing, or mission-driven careers.

What You’ll Do

• Help support fundraising campaigns, including giving days and reunion efforts
• Assist with donor outreach, mailings, video shoots, and stewardship projects
• Write first drafts of communications and messages for student philanthropy efforts
• Perform data entry, run basic reports, and ensure materials are accurate and polished
• Work closely with staff on a variety of engagement projects
• Take initiative and pitch in on other tasks as needed
