Analyst, Healthcare Consulting
The Dedham Group (Under the Norstella Umbrella) is a boutique life sciences strategy consulting firm providing advisory services to biotech and pharmaceutical companies. The Analyst position at 'TDG' is a rare and exciting opportunity for junior team members who are ambitious and looking to further their careers in the Life Sciences and strategy consulting. industry. Unlike most consulting companies which are generalists, TDG specializes in Oncology and Specialty Therapeutics. Analysts will work on projects addressing the go-to-market strategy, pricing, demand creation, reimbursement, health policy, health economics and market strategy needs of clients.
This role offers strong growth potential within the organization and flexibility to work remotely or hybrid from our NYC office- whichever best suits your preferences and location

Analysts will support all levels of consulting projects and business development work including:
- Market research (primary and secondary research
- Data analysis
- Report and presentation development
- Strategy assessment and commercial insight
- Support multiple workstreams
Our ideal candidate has:
- A hard science or healthcare-related degree from a top-tier university
- 0-2 years of experience in consulting or related fields within the healthcare/Life Sciences industry
- Consulting club/internship experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Superior skills in using MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Leadership experience within internships, athletics, clubs, etc is a plus
