Registered Behavior Technician

Brilliant Minds is looking for someone to implement individualized treatment plans, teach communication, social, daily living, and independence skills, support the reduction of challenging behaviors, and collect accurate data to monitor progress as a Registered Behavior Technician. RBTs also assist clients with transitions, group activities, play, and daily routines while maintaining a safe, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment.
