- Our enterprise agents help brands understand customer intent, product catalogs, visual content, brand knowledge, and styling rules to deliver accurate product recommendations and clienteling experiences.
What You’ll Work On
- Build LLM agents for enterprise commerce and consumer AI styling.
- Develop multimodal product understanding across images, text, attributes, and catalog data.
- Improve product retrieval, ranking, personalization, and complete-look recommendations.
- Train stylist skills for different aesthetics, occasions, body types, customer groups, and cultural contexts.
- Build brand-specific stylist skills based on each brand’s identity, products, and styling guidelines.
- Create reusable stylist personalities for our consumer Skill Marketplace.
- Develop evaluation systems for recommendation quality, retrieval accuracy, hallucination control, and task completion.
- Turn research ideas into production-ready prototypes and product features.
Requirements
- Current PhD student or PhD-level expertise in AI, ML, NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
- Strong knowledge of LLM agents, RAG, multimodal models, retrieval, ranking, or personalization.
- Proficiency in Python and modern machine-learning frameworks.
- Ability to translate research into practical, scalable products.
- Strong ownership and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Preferred
- Experience in fashion AI, e-commerce, vision-language models, product search, recommendation systems, agent evaluation, or generative AI.
