🎯 Your Mission: 0 → 1 Growth
We are entering our Creator First GTM phase. We aren't looking for a "Social Media Intern"; we are looking for a Growth Engineer in training. You will work directly with the founder to build an automated distribution engine that generates traffic and creator supply while you sleep.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Build AI Video Generation Skills: Create reusable AI video workflows, skills, and templates that automatically turn product images, virtual try-ons, and outfit recommendations into short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
Build AI-Powered Growth Pipelines: Design and deploy automated systems using tools like OpenClaw, content automation agents, and social distribution bots to scale our presence.
Programmatic Content Generation: Build the "Factory." Create pipelines that turn fAIshion AI outputs (try-ons/outfits) into viral-ready assets for Reddit, TikTok, and Pinterest automatically.
Programmatic SEO (pSEO): Architect an AI-driven SEO engine to capture thousands of long-tail queries (e.g., "What to wear to a 90s themed wedding in NYC"), turning them into indexable, high-converting landing pages.
Rapid GTM Experimentation: Run weekly sprints to optimize creator activation and shopability. If it can be measured, we will optimize it.
The Aesthetic Loop: Bridge the gap between user behavior and product. Your data will help fine-tune our AI Aesthetic Engine.

Growth-as-Code Mindset: You believe the future of marketing is AI Agents + Automation, not manual posting. You'd rather spend 4 hours automating a task than 1 hour doing it manually.
Technical Scrappiness: You have experience (or high curiosity) in Python/Node.js, Web Scraping, or No-Code automation (Zapier/Make). You can navigate APIs and aren't afraid of a headless browser.
Internet Native: You live on Reddit, TikTok, and X. You understand the "vibes" and "meta" of different platforms and know how to programmatically trigger virality.
