We're looking for a reliable and creative person to work closely with the designer in supporting the day-to-day operations of the brand. This position offers long-term growth potential, with opportunities to evolve into part-time design and marketing roles.

VivaCarpe is a luxury fashion brand founded in 2022. Inspired by timeless silhouettes and the allure of femininity, our pieces are handmade to be cherished.
Responsibilities:
- Running errands related to production, sourcing, and studio needs
- Packing and shipping customer orders with care and attention to presentation
- Assisting with photoshoots, including styling support, set preparation, BTS content, and social media capture
- Helping create content for social platforms and marketing initiatives
- Organizing inventory, samples, fabrics, trims, and studio supplies
- Assisting with production coordination and other day-to-day operational tasks as needed
- Providing general support to the designer to help keep projects moving smoothly
We're looking for someone who:
- Lives in NYC and can travel throughout the city when needed
- Has flexible availability and is dependable
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative
- Has a creative mindset with a strong eye for design, styling, and visual presentation
- Is comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to changing priorities
- Has an interest in fashion, design, or creative industries
- Is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow alongside the brand
