Position Details

Role Title: Marketing Specialist
Pay Range: $20.00 – $40.00 / hour base pay + commission structure
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: In-Office (Flexible Hours)
Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship Required (Non-U.S. citizens are strictly not eligible due to defense and regulatory compliance requirements)

Role Overview

Lystrup Maher (LM) is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to build and execute our go-to-market strategy, lead generation initiatives, and sales funnel from the ground up. You will bridge traditional marketing strategies with cutting-edge AI-assisted tools to drive business growth and represent LM’s technical capabilities to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy: Build and execute an end-to-end sales and marketing program tailored to LM’s services, engineering capabilities, and target audience.
Sales & Lead Generation: Prospect potential clients, manage outreach campaigns, conduct pitch presentations, and close strategic business opportunities.
AI Tool Integration: Leverage modern AI tools (content generation, workflow automation, CRM enhancement, and lead research) to scale marketing efficiency.
Brand & Content Development: Oversee marketing collateral, web presence, portfolio showcases, and promotional media (including drone videography/photography highlights).
Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and active communication.

Required Qualifications

Open to current students, recent graduates, or experienced candidates—no degree required if you possess strong capability and drive.
Proven track record or demonstrated skill in sales, marketing, business development, or client acquisition.
Hands-on proficiency with modern AI platforms (LLMs, media generation tools, workflow automations) in addition to traditional marketing tools.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and professional presentation capabilities.
Self-directed initiative to build programs from scratch in an agile, hardware-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Experience marketing within tech, hardware, robotics, defense, or engineering services sectors.
Skills in photography, video editing, or drone videography.
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License or interest in learning drone operations.
