Entry Level Robotics Teleoperator
Work with cutting-edge robotics systems in a fast-paced, hands-on environment supporting the next generation of physical AI. No robotics experience required — we’re looking for reliable, capable people with a great attitude who are excited to learn and contribute to the team. This is an onsite role in Santa Clara.
About the Role
We’re hiring Robotics Operations Associates to support real-world robotic systems and technology deployments. This is an active, hands-on role that will involve operating robotic systems through VR interfaces, supporting testing workflows, data collection, equipment setup, and day-to-day robotics operations.
This is a movement based role and ideal for people who enjoy technology, gaming, problem solving, working with their hands, and staying active throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and support robotic systems and emerging technology platforms
- Use VR and computer-based interfaces to interact with robotic systems
- Assist with teleoperation, data collection, and workflow execution
- Follow detailed procedures and operational instructions
- Monitor systems and report issues or edge cases
- Help maintain organized and efficient workspaces
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflows and operations
- Support general robotics lab, field, and operational activities as needed

No Experience Required
No prior robotics experience is required for this role. We care far more about attitude, work ethic, curiosity, and capability than specific experience. We’re happy to train the right people and help them grow with the team.
Nice to Have
- Interest in robotics, gaming, VR, AI, or emerging technology
- Experience with video games, simulators, or VR systems
- Sports, fitness, dance, warehouse, production, or other movement-based experience
- Hands-on experience in technical, operational, or fast-paced environments
Work Environment

Compensation & Perks
- $25–$30/hr
- Overtime and shift premiums where applicable

Additional Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and commutable to Santa Clara
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout portions of the shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs as needed
