E-commerce & Shipping Assistant
Marmar Home Improvement is looking for a reliable, motivated Part-Time E-commerce & Shipping Assistant to help grow our online business.
In this role, you will manage our WordPress/WooCommerce website, add new products, update pricing and inventory, process online orders, and prepare shipments for customers. You will also assist with customer emails, product listings on online marketplaces, and general e-commerce tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update our WordPress/WooCommerce website.
- Add and edit products, photos, descriptions, and pricing.
- Process online orders and print shipping labels.
- Pack and ship orders using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- Respond to customer emails and online inquiries.
- Help list products on Facebook Marketplace and other online platforms.
- Keep inventory and product information accurate.
- Assist with other e-commerce and warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress or WooCommerce preferred.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with shipping software is a plus.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or basic graphic design is a plus.
