Location: Johnstown, PA

Pay: $15.00/hour Base Pay + $3.00/hour Attendance Bonus
Potential Earnings: Up to $18.00/hour with perfect attendance

Manpower is seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to support the manufacturing of medical equipment for a growing company in Johnstown, PA. What You'll Do

• Support production operations across multiple departments
• Assemble medical equipment components
• Sand, paint, pack, and inspect products
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support team members and production needs as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for up to 10-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math and measuring skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or general labor is helpful, but not required

Schedule

Most employees work:

• Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Additional shift schedules may include:

• 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employees typically start on the 6:00 AM shift and may be moved based on experience and business needs.

Attendance Bonus

Earn an additional $3.00 per hour each week by working all scheduled hours.

Requirements to earn the bonus:

• Work all scheduled shifts for the week
• No call-offs
• No late arrivals
• No early departures

Attendance bonus is all-or-nothing for the week.
