We are looking for reliable and motivated Manufacturing Production Associates to join our production team in DuBois, PA. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality products safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Support a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures
- Read and follow production schedules to ensure products are manufactured on time
- Follow production job orders, work instructions, and schematics
- Set up and adjust equipment parameters to meet production requirements
- Gather materials and supplies needed for scheduled production runs
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth product flow
- Track downtime and production-related information as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform general housekeeping and other production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Skills & Abilities
- Basic computer skills for reviewing orders and updating production information
- Ability to accurately use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
- Basic math skills, including:
- Adding and subtracting fractions and whole numbers
- Converting fractions to decimals
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- Occasional pushing or pulling of up to 100 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
- Ability to work in an active manufacturing environment
