Location: Somerset, PA
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated and business-minded Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Somerset, PA. This leadership role is responsible for managing employees, improving operational efficiency, supporting customer needs, and ensuring production goals are met.

What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day plant and production operations
- Lead, coach, and manage employees across departments
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and operational performance
- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule
- Support hiring, training, and employee development initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience overseeing employees and daily operations
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Knowledge of production planning, customer service, and operational processes is a plus
