E-Commerce Intern

About JDCare USA 

JDCare USA is a growing, family-owned e-commerce company specializing in thoughtfully assembled surgical recovery kits and comfort products. We sell through our website and major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. We are looking for a dependable and motivated college student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in e-commerce, marketing, inventory management, and small-business operations. 

About the Role 

This is a hybrid role combining e-commerce and marketing projects with hands-on fulfillment support. Approximately 30% of the position will focus on online business operations and marketing, while 70% will involve preparing products, assembling kits, organizing inventory, and helping fulfill customer orders. The position will primarily be based at our Buford location, with the possibility of completing certain projects remotely. The schedule can be arranged around classes within reason. 

Responsibilities 

E-Commerce and Marketing Create and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and other marketplaces Upload product descriptions, images, videos, and enhanced content Create basic product graphics and marketing materials using Canva Assist with short-form videos and social media content Organize product photography, marketing assets, and digital files Research competitors, products, pricing, and marketplace trends, Help improve product pages and identify missing or inaccurate information, Assist with customer service and shipment follow-up Document processes and create simple instructions for recurring tasks. Operations and Fulfillment- Assemble surgical recovery kits accurately, Prepare and pack customer orders, Label and organize products, Count inventory and update tracking spreadsheets, Monitor low-stock items and help maintain an organized workspace, Assist with receiving and checking incoming shipments, Help prepare new products and bundles for launch 

What You Will Learn 

This internship provides practical experience in: Managing a multi-channel e-commerce business Shopify and online marketplace operations Product listing optimization Digital marketing and content creation Inventory and order management Product launches and merchandising Customer experience Small-business systems and process development Ideal Candidate Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, communications, graphic design, supply chain, or a related field Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail Comfortable working independently after receiving instructions Willing to perform both computer-based and hands-on tasks Able to learn new software and processes quickly Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Office Familiarity with Canva, Shopify, Amazon, or social media is helpful, but not required Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to approximately 30 pounds Able to reliably commute to our Buford location We are more interested in attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn than extensive previous experience.
