Role Description

Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking to fill two full-time, on-site roles for a Litigation Associate in our Fort Lauderdale, FL as well as our Palm Beach Gardens, FL locations.  The Litigation Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting motions, attending hearings, managing depositions, and representing clients in court. The associate will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys to develop case strategies, prepare for trial, and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
