Resilience, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to improving the mental health of students, as well as reducing mass shootings, suicide, and depression. Resilience, Inc also works to combat declining test scores, low student engagement, and a slew of other social issues.
Our organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through five core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience, Inc. also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, and overall well-being.

Job Title: Self Governance and Compliance Associate
Location: Remote
Department: Self Governance and Compliance (SG&C)
Reports To: SG&C Department Director
Type: Internship (Part-Time) (Unpaid)
Duration: 4 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the SG&C Project Manager to prepare reports; needs assessments; and evaluations, related to the Resilience’s self-governance activities.
Support in documenting import/export processes and procedures.
Monitor attendance during weekly and monthly meetings.
Aid in ensuring that all staff members are offboarded, according to Resilience’s policies and procedures. (Employee Offboarding)
Audit the following items on a monthly basis:
- Employee PROFILES completely filled out with headshot
- PROJECTS filled out completely and every staff member is assigned to at least one project
- Each staff member has TASKS assigned
- Each staff member CLOCKS IN and out for the tasks they’re working on
- Researching LinkedIn accounts to see if active and inactive employees are referencing Resilience Inc. as an employer
Requirements:
- Ability to assist with preparing reports, needs assessments, and evaluations.
- Ability to support documentation of import/export processes and procedures.
- Ability to monitor attendance during weekly and monthly meetings.
- Ability to aid in employee offboarding according to Resilience’s policies and procedures.
- Ability to conduct monthly audits of employee profiles, projects, tasks, and time tracking.
- Ability to research LinkedIn accounts for employer referencing accuracy.
