Learning Support Teacher - Special Education

Bear Creek Community Charter School is expanding to meet demand.  We are

seeking qualified candidates for the position of Learning Support Teacher.  This is

a full-time, ten month position for 198 days per year.  Candidates must have,

at minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field and a valid

Pennsylvania Special Education PK-8 teaching certification.

Immediate availability.

This position requires a dynamic, creative individual with a willingness to

embrace a culture of continuous improvement for the benefit of students. 

Knowledge of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, current

educational trends, assessment practices and Common Core standards is critical.
