M&A Analyst

Gerone & Co. is a boutique cross-border M&A advisory firm helping European buyers acquire lower-middle-market Florida businesses. We are hiring our first analyst, working directly with the founder with real client exposure from day one.

Responsibilities: build valuation and financial models (three-statement, DCF, comps and precedent transactions); conduct industry and market research; screen acquisition targets through desk research and public databases; prepare client materials such as market studies, valuation reports and investment memoranda; coordinate due diligence workstreams; support post-acquisition integration.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in finance, accounting, economics or business; strong Excel and financial modeling skills; excellent written and spoken English (French, Italian or Spanish a plus); rigor and the ability to own a workstream with limited supervision. Prior M&A, investment banking or valuation internship welcome but not required.

Full-time, on-site in Miami. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; we are not able to sponsor work visas for this position. Our work is strictly advisory; regulated transactional activity is handled by a licensed Florida broker engaged directly by the client.
