Field Sales Representative

We're a small team making real-brewed sparkling tea with real fruit juice, 30 cal, 2g added sugar, electrolytes. Launched in LA last September, now in 30+ SoCal accounts and growing faster than we can cover on foot.
You'd own a patch of SoCal - cafés, grocers, markets, gyms, wellness studios:

• Walk in, pitch the buyer, drop samples, close the first order
• Keep your doors reordering (that's where the money is)
• Run in-store demos on weekends

Comp: 20% commission on the order volume of every account credited to you, for as long as it keeps ordering — not just the first order. Plus $25/hr for scheduled demos and pre-agreed demo expenses covered. Flexible contract work, your own schedule.
No big brand machine behind us, applications go straight to the founders, no recruiter in between. Need a car and to be based in/around LA.
