Location: Los Angeles, CA (eastside: Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Koreatown, DTLA, Arts District, East Hollywood)

Compensation: $150 guaranteed first month + performance pay. Ongoing earnings based on views.

Description:

Butter is an app for making real plans with people near you - someone posts a run club in Echo Park or ramen in Ktown at 9pm, and you just join. We're live in LA and hiring a small group of people to post about it.

What you'd do: 3-5 short videos a week for TikTok and Reels, 20-45 seconds, filmed on your phone. We write the formats and send fresh hooks every week; you make them sound like you. Deliberately lo-fi - no ad polish, no branded intros. You'd post on your own account, or one we set up with you.

How pay works: $150 guaranteed for your first 12 on-brief posts, so you're not working for nothing while things warm up. On top of that you earn based on views above a threshold, capped, paid monthly. Bonuses also included.

What we're looking for: people who already post consistently and live on the eastside. No follower count required, no prior brand work required. We care that you can hold a posting rhythm and that you actually know these neighbourhoods.

What it's not: a one-off sponsored post. This is ongoing, roughly 4-6 hours a week, and it pays better the longer you do it.

Qualifications:

• Currently living in eastside LA (we'll ask which neighbourhood)
• Posting short-form video at least 3× a week already, on any account
• Comfortable on camera talking like yourself, not presenting
• Able to commit to a consistent posting schedule for at least 8 weeks
• Authorised to work in the US on a contract basis

How to apply: Send your TikTok handle plus a screenshot of the view counts on your last 10 posts. Two lines on which neighbourhood you're in and how often you post is plenty.
