The Role: Engagement Specialist (Sales + Healthcare)

We’re looking for someone who’s naturally great connecting with people – especially over the phone. In this role, you’ll speak directly with patients, helping them understand their options and take the next step in their care.

This is part sales, part patient support. The best candidates are persuasive without being pushy and empathetic.  You will need to able to build trust quickly, listen well, and guide conversations toward action.
