Job Information:  The Vision Rehabilitation Therapist is a permanent, full-time position with the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services.  This is advanced work in the field of rehabilitation of persons who are blind or have low vision.   

Minimum Requirements; 

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any major with

one year of professional experience providing rehabilitation services to individuals with visual disabilities.  Or ask about the Professional trainee position to acquire the 1 year of experience. 

Or

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any major and eligible to be certified as a Vision Rehabilitation Therapist (CVRP)

Or

Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Vision Rehabilitation Therapy or closely related field.
