As an Intelligence Operations Specialist (Counterintelligence Mitigation Officer), you will:

  • Serve as an Intelligence Operations Specialist focused on counterintelligence with HHS-wide responsibility to coordinate strategic information and intelligence programs and operations in support of the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Operational Division (OPDIV)/Staff Division (STAFFDIV) senior leadership.
  • Develop and deliver tailored CI awareness briefings, risk assessments, and analytic products to diverse audiences, including senior officials and large groups.
  • Develop and implement tailored CI mitigation strategies to reduce identified threats, vulnerabilities, and insider-risk behaviors.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners across the Intelligence Community, law enforcement, security, legal, HR, IT, and insider-threat programs.
