Junior Communications, Events and Digital Coordinator

FACC Florida (French-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida) is a business league dedicated to fostering economic, cultural, and professional ties between France and the United States. Based in Miami and part of the CCI France International network, FACC Florida connects entrepreneurs, executives, and institutions on both sides of the Atlantic through events, networking, and business
development programs.


Position Overview
FACC Florida is seeking a motivated, independent, and highly organized Junior Coordinator to support the Chamber's communications, events, and digital operations. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career, joining at a pivotal moment: FACC Florida is preparing French Weeks Miami (October 26 – November 9), our flagship event series, alongside a full events calendar and a new communications and PR strategy currently being built. You'll be trained and supervised directly, with real ownership of your workstreams as you grow into the role. This is a full-time, junior-level position based at the FACC Florida office in Miami, with occasional remote work in line with the rest of the team. The Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Communications, Events & Marketing.


Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Communications
• Create, schedule, and publish content across FACC Florida's social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others)
• Support newsletter and event communications, including copywriting and visual assets
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all communications
• Monitor engagement and propose ideas to grow FACC Florida's online community


Event Support
• Support the planning, logistics, and on-site coordination of French Weeks and the full Chamber events calendar (Opening Cocktail, Pink October, networking events, and more)
• Manage event invitations, registrations, and follow-up communications with members, sponsors, and partners
• Welcome and support members and speakers on-site
• Contribute to post-event reporting: attendance tracking, feedback collection


Digital Projects & Tools
• Maintain and update the FACC Florida website
• Manage and maintain the CRM database, keeping member and contact records clean and current
• Act as a point of reference for digital tools and workflows
• Support the integration of new digital tools and automation, including AI-driven solutions, to improve team efficiency

• Motivated and independent, comfortable taking ownership as training progresses
• Organized and methodical, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in parallel
• Personable and outgoing, genuinely enjoys engaging with members and partners
• Curious and adaptable, comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms


Education & Experience
• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Communications, Marketing, Social Media, or a related field
• Junior profile welcome — internships or early professional experience in communications, events, or digital marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with social platforms, content creation, and basic design tools (Canva or similar)
• Exposure to website CMS and/or CRM tools is a strong plus


Languages
• Fluent to bilingual English — required
• French — strongly preferred
• Spanish — a plus


Compensation
Salary range: $35,000 – $38,000, commensurate with experience.
