Product Education Specialist

Looking to grow your career while exploring new cities with company-paid travel?  UI Medical is hiring a Product Education Specialist to hit the road, leading hands-on product training for clinical leaders at medical facilities nationwide.

Flights, accommodations, and meals are all covered upfront using a company credit card—so you never have to pay out of pocket or wait around for reimbursement!

Best of all, you don't need to memorize or pitch a massive catalog of medical products—you get to focus entirely on becoming an expert in just one flagship product: the QuickChange Wrap.

If you love traveling, meeting new people, collaborating through modern tools like Slack and Google Meet, and making a real impact in healthcare, this is an exciting opportunity to step into.

Responsibilities

  • Travel (80%) to deliver interactive training sessions and trial implementations for the QuickChange Wrap (QCW) at healthcare facilities.
  •
  • Represent UI Medical at trade shows, expos, conventions, skills fairs, and networking mixers across the country.
  •
  • Visit nearby partner facilities while on assignment, collect product feedback from clinical staff, and share market insights with the Business Development team.
  •
  • Collaborate via Slack, Google Meet, and Ringotel using your company-provided laptop and cell phone.
  •
  • When you aren't traveling, conduct local refresher courses, working either hybrid from our Cerritos office (if within southern California) or remotely on-call.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required. Medical facility or nursing experience is a plus, but not required!
  •
  • A valid Real ID Driver’s License (required), current Passport (recommended), & a clean driving record (no DUIs/DWIs or moving violations/at-fault accidents in the last 5 years).
  •
  • Ability to travel on short notice (24–48 hours), work occasional weekends/holidays, or run split shifts (day/night hospital huddles) during assignments.
  •
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Slack, and HubSpot (a plus).
  •
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak for up to 8 hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  •
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Special Requirements

Up-to-date immunizations required by facilities (flu, COVID, TB, MMR, Hep A/B, etc.)—all immunization costs are 100% covered/reimbursed by UI Medical.
