About the Internship 

The DIZPOT Internship Program provides students and early-career professionals with hands-on experience, meaningful project work, and exposure to the daily operations of a high-growth business. Unlike traditional internships focused on observation, DIZPOT interns contribute to real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop practical skills that prepare them for future careers. 

Interns are embedded within a department and receive coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback throughout the internship experience. 

What You'll Do 

Responsibilities will vary by department but may include: 

Support department projects and daily operations 

Assist with research, reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives 

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative projects 

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time 

Learn and utilize company systems, technologies, and workflows 

Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve efficiency, customer experience, or business outcomes 

Communicate progress, challenges, and project updates with managers and team members 

Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to learning 

This position is designed to provide meaningful developmental experiences while supporting business objectives. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications 

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college, university, technical school, or related educational program 

Strong desire to learn and grow professionally 

Effective written and verbal communication skills 

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment 

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technologies is preferred
