IT Analyst

We are seeking an IT Analyst to provide technical support, analyze IT systems, and assist in maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will support hardware, software, network, and business applications while contributing to technology projects that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.
  • Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure for performance and reliability.
  • Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and technology deployments.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in testing new technologies and system enhancements.
  • Assist with asset management, software licensing, and inventory control.
  • Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives by following organizational policies and best practices.

 

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related technical field.
  • Relevant professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are a plus.
  • Experience supporting enterprise environments.
